Returns & Refunds

Your first order is risk-free.
We're confident in Futureproof Pet, and we want you to be too. If you try D-001 for the first time and it isn't the right fit for your dog, let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we'll issue a full refund. Limit one satisfaction refund per household.

Reorders and additional purchases
For reorders, we accept unopened, sealed product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened product from a reorder isn't eligible. 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Your choice of a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
Pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime from your account portal. 

How to start a return
Email care@futureproofpet.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you next steps.

Refund timing
Once approved, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What's not covered
Returns requested more than 15 days after delivery (outside the first-order guarantee). Opened reorder product. Shipping fees on standard returns, unless your state requires otherwise.
