Shipping policy

When your order ships
Orders placed before 2PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When it arrives
Delivery time depends on where you are located. 

• California and neighboring states: 1 to 3 business days.
• Everywhere else in the US: up to 7 business days.

Most orders arrive well inside that window. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Subscriptions
Your renewal ships on the same schedule. We'll email tracking each time, so you always know when the next supply is on its way.
